Job Description:

Expert in Creating Custom Profiles/fields/Dependent pick list/Look up fields/formula fields/Customizing Page layouts and record types, In-depth knowledge on Creating role hierarchy, Sharing rules, Approval Rules, Validation rules and other out of box features Ability to perform security and access related tasks such as Managing and creating users ,organization wide defaults, record access , creation of role hierarchy and sharing model ,setting up opportunities and account team , folder access Ability to extend application using Custom objects , Custom tabs , Custom Web-tabs.

Preferred Experience: 8+ years of SFDC experience ( Sales and Service ). Sales force Administrator certification preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Continuing customization and development, User maintenance, Database de-duping and clean up. Development of reports and dashboards
  • On-going documentation, Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes. Build and manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects. Develop workflows to automate manual processes
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts in accordance with sales territories
  • Understands all aspects of Salesforce.com configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications
  • Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc. Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) into Salesforce.com. Strong knowledge CRM business impact and demonstrated Global delivery
  • Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations
  • Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
  • Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.
